Payment in the form of a money order, cashier's check, business check, or personal checks made payable to Mohave County Medical Examiner’s Office is required prior to releasing copies of reports.

Payment is required prior to releasing copies of reports. Payment can be made in the form of a money order, cashier's check, business check, or personal check made payable to: Mohave County Medical Examiner’s Office. Credit and Debit Cards are also accepted with an additional 3% processing fee added to the sale.

Please note that the final report will not be complete until all ancillary studies, which may include: toxicological analysis, histological analysis, and other relevant data, have been reviewed and evaluated by the medical examiner. If the report is completed at the time the request and payment is received, the report will be mailed within five business days. Otherwise, reports will be mailed upon completion.
